We do not provide medical advice or services, and we are not responsible for verifying patient consent — this responsibility rests with the clinic or healthcare professional. 4. Data Protection We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect all data stored on our platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. However, ultimate responsibility for ensuring lawful collection and entry of patient data lies with the clinic or healthcare professional. 5.
